Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has its pros and cons. The rooms are decent but have some noisy AC units and heavy furniture. Service is a mix of highs and lows, with super helpful staff but also those lacking customer service skills. The location is beautiful and convenient, although fees may add up. Dining can be a bit pricey with limited options. Overall, a place with good and not-so-good aspects.
Coming back to the tiny, outdated room with views of walls and AC units over the front door was a mixed experience. On the bright side, it was essential for our skiing trips and a comforting place to return to each day.
Returning to the rooms after a day of skiing was a true highlight, providing comfort and a modern ambiance. The hotel offers a convenient location for skiing and exploring the village, although some construction nearby affected the pool area. The dining experience, with freshly cooked eggs, was delightful, especially for on-the-go meals.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean, offering a comfortable stay. The service was a bit hit and miss, with the staff being helpful in some aspects but lacking knowledge in others. The location was fantastic for exploring Jackson, Grand Teton Park, and Yellowstone Park, although the construction near the pool was a slight inconvenience. The dining experience was good but slightly overpriced. Overall, a good value for the price with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel had a convenient location close to great restaurants and the entrance to the park. The rooms were small, dark, and had noise issues but the shared balcony was disappointing. The service was friendly overall but lacked attention to detail at times. Dining was satisfactory but overpriced considering the quality. The facilities were adequate but not exceptional.
